the MHUD STORY
The Kogi State Ministry of Housing and Urban Development is a newly established government ministry dedicated to addressing the housing needs and urban development challenges of Kogi State, Nigeria.
Our mission is to provide affordable housing, promote sustainable urban planning, and enhance the quality of life for all citizens.

About the ministry

North Hills is one of City of Treton’s first ace arranged subdivisions. It was structured and created in 1913 by William A. Wilson.
The homes worked in North Hills were custom homes mirroring the twentieth century affection for Craftsman and Arts, and Foursquare engineering.
